Summary: Wij hadden 's ochtends op de dag van aankomst via sms aangegeven hoe laat wij bij de beheerder zouden zijn. Zij stond ons al op te wachten en reed voor ons uit naar de accommodatie. Zij wees ons waar alles te vinden was. De hulp van haar Engels sprekende dochter was welkom. De accommodatie was precies zoals gepresenteerd op de site van Topic Travel: ruim, licht, prachtig uitzicht, vrijwel van alle gemakken voorzien. Het huis ligt net in het wijngebied, heeft aan de ene zijde zicht op de Apennijnen en aan de andere zijde zicht (over de eerste heuvels heen) op de Po-vlakte en bij helder weer zelfs de Alpen. Dorpje Ziano heeft een fijne, relaxte atmosfeer en heeft de belangrijkste voorzieningen. Mooi vertrekpunt voor bezoek aan steden en dorpen in de omgeving. Jammer dat de ramen op de bovenverdieping geen horren hebben, dat bemoeilijkte het ventileren zonder binnenlaten van vliegen en wespen, tenzij er een flinke bries stond. Zeer veel privacy en aan alle kanten van het huis ruimte en zon/schaduw om te zitten. Eén maal een zeer flinke regenbui gehad, in combinatie met de harde wind zorgde dat voor binnendringing van water, dus dat was even dweilen.

Summary: Het huis en de plek, waren heerlijk. De ongelooflijk serene rust hadden we nodig. Helaas zijn we door omstandigheden genoodzaakt geweest om een week eerder naar huis te gaan, vandaar redelijk anders was het fantastisch geweest. De algemene waardering is dus emotioneel

Summary: De aankomst was goed. De dochter van de beheerder spreekt gelukkig (als enige) wat Engels en dat maakt de communicatie een stuk eenvoudiger. Het onverharde pad naar het huis is een drama bij regen. Dan is er met geen mogelijkheid op te rijden (behalve met een Jeep oid) en dien je je auto aan straat te laten staan. Wat natuurlijk geen optie is met je boodschappen. Verder was ik geblesseerd aan mijn voet en dan zit je dus bij slecht weer gewoon opgesloten in het huis. Dat is echt iets om serieus rekening mee te houden. Vooral voor diegenen die in het voor- of najaar willen gaan. Dan zeker niet geschikt voor mensen die wat slechter ter been zijn. Huis zelf is prima en van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitzicht is heel mooi. Bed in de slaapkamer beneden is kort voor mensen die langer zijn dan 1.85m. Kosten voor het huren van linnengoed is buiten proportie, € 15,00 per persoon per week. We moesten aan het eind van de vakantie hiervoor € 60,00 afrekenen. Daarvoor was bij aankomst 1 tweepersoons bed opgedekt met een hoeslaken, 2 kussenslopen en een sprei en lagen er 2 grote en 2 kleine handdoeken. Dit is eenmaal omgeruild tijdens onze vakantie van 2 weken. Ik zou dus altijd zelf hier naar toe een laken en wat slopen en een paar handdoeken meenemen. Er staat een wasmachine dus je wast het zo zelf even uit. (Dat had ik overigens zelf ook nog gedaan met de handdoeken van het huis!) Ook de elektriciteitskosten van € 10,00 per dag bij de eindafrekening vallen tegen. Waarom verdisconteert men dit niet gewoon in de huurprijs? Nu krijg je als eindafrekening nog eens een keer € 140,00 euro electriciteitskosten, € 60,00 kosten van het linnengoed en € 75,00 schoonmaakkosten, dus in totaal € 275,00. Ook iets om rekening mee te houden dat je dat nog even cash af moet rekenen aan het einde van de vakantie. De omgeving is mooi en veel minder toeristisch dan je zou verwachten (let op dus relatief weinig mensen die iets anders spreken dan Italiaans, uitsluitend menukaarten in het Italiaans in de restaurants, etc.) Als je vroeg uit bed bent en je hebt geluk dan kun je bij het huis een hert of een wild zwijn spotten (of een slang!).

Summary: Bij aankomst een vriendelijke ontvangst door de beheerder. De weg naar de woning was in niet al te beste staat maar dit word gecompenseerd door de ligging en de uitstekende accommodatie. We hebben 2 weken genoten van dit heerlijke huis en het verbluffende uitzicht op de wijnvelden en Ziano. De omgeving is erg mooi en de mensen zeer vriendelijk. Een mooie plek om het echte Italië te ervaren. Genoeg mogelijkheden om inkopen te doen en de lokale keuken te ontdekken en natuurlijk genoeg goede wijn in deze omgeving. Zeker de moeite waard om in deze woning en omgeving van een goede (rustige) vakantie te genieten.

Summary: Het huis is fantastisch!! Nog nooit zo'n compleet inventaris aangetroffen. Het terras boven is heerlijk om te zitten met een super mooi uitzicht. Huis ligt rustig maar toch ook redelijk dicht bij voorzieningen zoals boodschappen (10 autominuutjes). Als we een nadeel moeten noemen dat is het het pad er naartoe, bij droogte goed te berijden (ook zonder 4-wiel) maar met nattigheid wordt het erg lastig. Het pad is ongeveer 600 meter dus ook nog te lopen als het nodig is. En gelukkig kunnen de eigenaren helpen als je onverhoopt vast komt te zitten. Restaurant BellaVista is aan te raden, erg lekkere lokale pasta's die handgemaakt worden door de vrouw des huizes. Haar man is de vriendelijkheid zelve en heeft mooie verhalen over zijn leven. Qua uitstapjes, ga wandelen bij het stuwmeer, bezoek Piancenza. De outlet bij Fidenza viel ons tegen, veel hele dure merken en eigenlijk alleen maar kledingwinkels. Fidenza zelf is zeker leuk om te bezoeken.
